How it works

Removed, addressed, then done right

Old insulation is removed and the attic is cleaned up. If there's an underlying issue — a leak, a pest entry point, poor air sealing — we address it before anything new goes in, since re-insulating over an unresolved problem just buries it again.

Once the attic is prepped, new insulation is installed to an appropriate depth and coverage, with air sealing addressed as part of the same visit where it makes sense.
